History:

Since neither wiki includes personality, a quick overview:
Lincoln is a capable agent, smart and confident to a degree. There have been times where he has risked his own safety in order to help his fellow agents. Part of his reasons for this would certainly be the fact that he considers his fellow agents his family. His mother died when he was young, his father was generally very distant from his brother and Lincoln. His brother, he's not really all that close to either. He's not really tethered anywhere by his own family, and as evidenced by the Lincoln Lees of the blue and amber universe...well, without a family that he makes of his own, he wanders. Floats around. Amberverse Lincoln had Robert Danzig, and this Lincoln Lee has his fellow agents. He has Charlie, Olivia and Astrid. He'd do anything for them. He'd die for them, and he has nearly done so many, many times.
One example would be after he received 3rd degree burns, and he left a nano-regenerations chamber to stop Olivia Dunham from going over the bend. Another example would be when he was trapped in a freezer and had to blown open the door in order to save his fellow agents from being infected with insects that would cause them to explode from the inside-out.
He can be a bit apprehensive about his own abilities, anxious about whether he's as good as is superiors. Part of this is probably because of his lack of closeness to his own father. He's never received acolades from his biological family, and the one he's made for himself tends to tease eachother about what they can or cannot do. He knows that he's good at what he does, he wouldn't be captain and the leader of Fringe Division if he weren't good. He's just not certain that he's good enough.
Lincoln is terrible at keeping secrets, despite telling people otherwise. This only really applies to personal secrets, he's perfectly capable of keeping secrets related to the government. It's a strange, strange balance.
Why do you think your character would work in this setting?
Lincoln probably would've volunteered for it, interested in doing something that might lead to finding a way to help his world recover from what has happened to it. He'd also be curious about New Dodge in general.
How do you plan to expand their CR?
Lincoln is insanely personable, and would try to make friends with everybody. He's pretty bad at keeping secrets for his friends from his other friends though, so if you have big ones you probably shouldn't tell him.
What will your character do for work?
He is going to teach at the school. Science, probably.
